My Dormy is the name of the Dormy membership programme and the current terms and conditions apply from
01/01/2019. These terms and conditions apply for members of My Dormy, a membership programme created by Dormy Golf International AB (company no. 559252-9191) hereinafter referred to as Dormy. Membership is personal, free-of-charge and applies to dormy.com. To become a member of My Dormy, you must be at least 18 years old and consent to My Dormy’s terms and conditions of membership. By consenting to membership of My Dormy’s membership programme, you approve these membership terms and conditions. In order to manage your membership, we need your date of birth, home address, e-mail address and mobile phone number. By approving these terms and conditions, you certify that the information you provide about yourself is accurate.

Dormy reserves the right to make changes to the membership terms and conditions. Changes take effect 30 days after you as a member have been informed of the changes via dormy.com/se or via e-mail.
Your membership of My Dormy is valid until further notice. You can terminate your membership at any time by contacting data [email protected]. Dormy reserves the right to cancel a membership at any time if there is a suspicion that the membership is being misused. If a membership is cancelled, any benefits will be forfeited.
As a member of My Dormy, you consent to receive inspiration and information about services, offers and bonuses via e-mail, text message, direct mail and at dormy.se and other platforms. You may also be contacted by our online and in-store staff for information about your purchases via e-mail, text message or telephone. If you do not wish to receive any communications from Dormy, you can log on to My Pages at dormy.com/mittdormy at any time and opt out of receiving communications.
When you shop at dormy.com as a member, your membership purchase will be registered when you provide your details that are registered as part of your membership.
Our membership benefits vary from time to time. It may include anything from member’s prices on selected products, invitations to events and sales. At My Dormy, you will see receipts from all your purchases and other documents that may help you as a customer.
Dormy is not responsible for damage caused by law enforcement, government action, war, strike, blockade, boycott, lockout or other similar circumstances. Reservation regarding strike, blockade, boycott and lockout. Dormy is also not liable for damages that occur in other cases where Dormy has taken due care.

This privacy policy explains how your personal data is processed by Dormy. This policy helps you, as our customer, to understand which type of information Dormy collects and how it is used.
This privacy policy applies to members of our membership programme, My Dormy. In addition to this privacy policy, our general terms and conditions for our membership programme, My Dormy,

Dormy Golf & Fashion AB, Swedish registration number 556486-7637, based at Salamandervägen 29, 702 36 Örebro, Sweden, is responsible for processing your personal data.
Dormy Golf & Fashion AB is the owner of all Dormy golf warehouses, Dormy Outlet, dormy.com/se (and other national domains and related domains that point to dormy.com) and dormypromotion.se, which are collectively referred to in this document as “Dormy”, “we”, “us” and “our”.
Dormy has a joint IT infrastructure in which all business transactions with the associated personal data and databases (”Data”) are processed and owned centrally by Dormy. Dormy is thus the personal data controller for the processing of your personal data and is therefore responsible for ensuring your data is handled in a correct and secure way in accordance with applicable legislation.
Personal data that you provide us with We collect and store information about you which you have provided to us. The information we collect and store includes your name, postal and delivery address (where applicable), personal ID number, e-mail address and mobile phone number. We also collect information about your purchases such as details about items bought, the price, date and the shop where the purchase was made, as well as any returns. If you take part in an event or contact our customer services, we also collect your personal data in relation to that. We must collect the above data in order to meet our obligations to you as our customer.
Personal data that we have collected from you When you shop at Dormy, visit dormy.com/se or otherwise interact with us, we collect your personal data. Dormy processes information about the products you have purchased, clicked on or placed in your cart. We also process information about your purchase history, your purchasing patterns and your preferences as our customer. We also process language settings, geographic information and other data we receive in connection with your visit to dormy.com.
Personal data that we have collected from a third party Where we do not have a full personal ID number, Dormy will fill out this information, via external suppliers, for secure identification purposes. In order to keep accurate customer records for our My Dormy members, Dormy regularly obtains address details from the Swedish National Register (Statens personadressregister - SPAR) which is a publicly available source.
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
The processing of personal data at My Dormy takes place on the legal basis that Dormy must be able to fulfil the terms of an agreement. The agreement covers purchases themselves and also membership terms and conditions which dictate both the rights and obligations of the parties. As a member, you can leave My Dormy at any time by requesting this, whereupon the processing of personal data related to member benefits, profiling and obligations will cease, see more details under the heading My Rights.
For a short time after leaving My Dormy, personal data related to individual purchases may be processed with the support of the balance of interests.
In terms of personal data processing to meet requirements that e.g. the Bookkeeping Act, VAT Act and Consumer Purchases Act impose, the legal grounds for the processing are a legal obligation.
Direct Marketing Dormy will process your personal data for marketing purposes. Your details may be used for direct marketing, newsletters, customer surveys and for statistical purposes and can be used to send direct mail, e-mail and text messages to you up until the point when you close your account or withdraw your consent. You can choose through which channels you wish to be contacted by Dormy at any time by changing your settings at dormy.com/se or by contacting customer services. The sender of direct mail is Dormy Golf & Fashion AB.
Profiling Dormy will process your personal data in order to analyse your purchase history, your purchasing behaviour and your behaviour at dormy.com in order to gather more knowledge about you as a customer and our customers in general and in order to improve our offers (profiling). For the same purposes, we may also process any personal requests or preferences you have given us, e.g. information that you are interested in a particular product category. We do this by analysing which purchases you have made previously and which products you have looked at or placed in your cart at dormy.com/se. Based on this information we are able to send you specific offers. By agreeing to this privacy policy you hereby also consent to the profiling of your personal data.
Your personal data will not be transferred or sold to a third party for advertising purposes. However, your personal data may be shared with a third party (personal data processor) if this is required to provide services to you, for example to suppliers in order to handle the transportation of ordered goods and for the distribution of offers. We also share your personal data with third parties for the updating and entry of information from the National Register.

Dormy takes the technical and organisational security measures required by law to ensure that your personal data is not manipulated, lost or damaged or that unauthorised persons are able to access it. Our safety procedures regularly change in line with technical developments.
Dormy stores all personal data collected from you within the EU and EEA. We do not share personal data with third parties, apart from in situations where this is required by a statutory obligation or in order to fulfil our obligations to you as our customer. When you provide your personal data to Dormy, you give your consent for Dormy to register and store purchases and process the specified details for the above-mentioned purposes.
We never process your personal data for a longer time than permitted under applicable laws, regulations, practice or regulatory decisions. For example, data can be stored for longer if so required under the Consumer Purchases Act or the Bookkeeping Act. The personal data is stored and processed in Dormy’s IT system. As a My Dormy member, your personal data is stored for as long as you remain a member. Information about your purchases is only stored for 60* months after the latest purchase. You can contact us at any time and cancel your membership and ask that we remove your personal data.
*Reasons that we might store data about your purchases for 60 months after your last purchase is that our products are durable goods with a longer lifespan. To provide you with the best service even after your latest purchase we have chosen this time horizon.
You have the right to request access to your personal data and obtain information about which personal data we store, the purpose of processing this personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients with whom personal data has been or will be shared, the predicted period or criteria for establishing which period the personal data will be stored. You can contact our customer services at the address below and request to have this information sent by post or e-mail. For your security, this information will only be sent to your address as recorded in the National Registry or the specified e-mail address in our customer database.
If you believe the personal data that Dormy has processed is inaccurate or has been processed in breach of the applicable legislation, you also have the right to request that this personal data be corrected, blocked or removed. You can do this by contacting our customer services. Under certain circumstances, Dormy is required by law to process your personal data despite the fact that you have requested its removal.
If you are a member of My Dormy, you can withdraw or change the consent you have given, or decline further communications at any time via www.dormy.se/mittdormy , contact customer service. If you have given consent to Dormy in regard to Dormy’s personal data processing, you can withdraw such consent at any time by contacting our customer services or logging in to My Dormy at www.dormy.se. However, Dormy has the right to continue to process your personal data to the extent necessary in order to fulfil our obligations to you as a contracting party.
Should you wish to have the personal data you have provided sent to you in order to use them for other purposes (data portability), please contact Dormy.
If you believe your personal data has been processed in breach of the applicable legislation, you always have the right to submit a complaint to the Swedish Data Protection Authority.
