The club head is 3D printed in nylon and has an advanced grid pattern that makes it both light and rigid. This allows Cobra to place more weight in the corners using tungsten weights, and also close to the face to ensure solid contact. The build produces a much higher MOI than a massive construction – for you this means better distance control on contacts outside the sweet spot. A short sightline close to the face allows you to find the right aim every time. The face is licensed from SIK Putters and it has four different lofts – Descending Loft Technology. The design of the face gives you the same loft on the putter regardless of whether you’re hitting up or down onto the ball. This in turn produces the same ball start and spin however you make contact with the ball and also gives you more consistent distance. The face is made from aluminium to give the right feel. King Supernova is fully face balanced and is therefore suitable for players with a straight putting stroke. The putter also comes with a thick Lamkin Smart Grip which has a built-in Cobra Connect sensor. This allows you to connect to the Arccos Caddie app and collect statistics about your game as you play.
