The material is 3 layers thick with the same soft, stretch fabric both outside and inside and with a tech membrane joined between the layers. This membrane keeps the rain out and allows your body heat to be wicked away to the surface where it evaporates. There is no lining in these trousers as the inside is so soft, and this gives you a very comfortable feel while you play.
