Description
The core is 3D printed in nylon and has an advanced grid pattern that makes it both extremely light and extremely rigid. This allows Cobra to place more weight in the corners using replaceable weights, and also close to the face to ensure solid contact. The crown is made of carbon fibre and the body itself is made of stainless steel and moulded with MIM technology for more even tolerance. The build produces a much higher MOI than a solid construction, and for you this means better distance control on contacts outside the sweet spot. Short sightline closest to the face. The face is licensed from LA Golf and has four different lofts – Descending Loft Technology. The design of the face gives you the same loft on the putter regardless of whether you’re hitting up or down onto the ball. This in turn produces the same ball start and spin however you make contact with the ball and also gives you more consistent distance. The face is made from hard aluminium to give it a firm feel.
LA GOLF's Descending Loft Technology, Cobra utilises this technology developed by LA Golf. This means that the putter’s face has been divided into four different zones with different lofts (4°, 3°, 2°, 1°). This means that no matter what attack angle you have down to the ball, you will hit with the same loft every time, which improves distance control on the greens.
