What is Custom Online?
– Custom Online is exactly what it sounds like. You order tailor-made clubs online, completely according to your own preferences. You can choose length, loft, lie, grip, and shaft. You can even change the club set. Instead of doing a fitting in one of our stores.
Who should use Custom Online?
– It’s mainly for those who already know exactly what specifications they want and don’t really need help from any of our in-store experts. And even though we have many stores in Sweden, not everyone lives close to one or can easily visit, so if you’re a little unsure but still want to use Custom Online, our customer service is happy to help.
What are the benefits of Custom Online?
– First and foremost, it’s very simple and convenient. It’s also completely free of charge, and you have access to the brands’ full range of both standard and upcharge components (for example, special, slightly more expensive shafts that aren’t part of the standard range).
What if you’re not completely sure what to choose?
– If you’re unsure, I’d say there are two options depending on your experience. If you’re completely new, I’d recommend doing a fitting in one of our stores, where we analyze your swing using Trackman and choose shafts, grips, and clubheads that suit you. But if it’s just a few small details you’re unsure about while using Custom Online, I’d suggest calling our customer service—they’re happy to help.
Does this apply to all clubs on dormy.com?
– It applies to all the latest models from the brands, simply because these are the models they currently produce.
