TP5x has a micro-coating that gives a smoother surface and allows the aerodynamics of the dimple pattern to work fully. It reduces turbulence and provides a more consistent ball flight with reduced dispersion.
The updated 5-layer construction is based on a new core formulation that increases COR value and thus ball speed at high swing speeds. The firmer material compositions create a clearer speed gradient through the ball’s layer, which helps you generate speed while fine-tuning spin throughout the flight.
