Description
With a stiffer and longer special shaft, designed with an I-beam plumbing neck, the putter offers increased stability and forgiveness. The interchangeable 25-gram tungsten sole weights, along with a solid stainless steel facet and an integrated 6061 aluminium sole plate, provide a higher moment of inertia by placing more weight in the periphery. The 38-inch putter is designed to cushion the hands and engage the shoulders for a stable and even putting stroke. With its angular lines and tour-inspired design, the Super Select Squareback 2 Long Design provides a reassuring playing experience and the flexibility to adjust stance, setup and grip style for a smoother putting stroke.
Dubbelfräst träffyta, The Super Select series launches a new double milled face that gives a completely new class of sound, feel and feedback, with a combination of the soft feel that was so appreciated in previous deep-milled putters with the feedback, consistent results and lovely roll that Scotty's later mid-milled putters have offered. After a deep milling pass over the face, a second pass evens out the tops of the face, producing a flatter and more consistent surface for the ball's contact with the face. This new double-milled face keeps up with Scotty Cameron's tour prototypes, giving the Super Select series a tour-inspired look and feel as well as the most consistent face yet.
Performance Weighting, All new Super Select putters feature performance weighting with customisable sole weights milled in the US either in 303 stainless steel or heavier tungsten for Newport and Newport 2. Together with specially designed aluminium sole plates on all Plus, mid-mallet and GOLO models, Scotty’s performance weighting concept gives optimal weight distribution and higher MOI so that each individual putter gets optimal balance and performance regardless of shaft length.
