Description
Ping iCrossover is adjustable for both loft and lie. The design is compact and offers improved performance with its lower centre of gravity and maraging steel face which generates faster ball speed and higher launch for long and high shots that stop on the green. Built-in EVA polymer that improves sound and feel, rounded leading edge for better contact with the surface and weights in the toe and heel for improved MOI. The shaft lengths are slightly shorter than before for better control. Come with Ping’s proprietary steel shaft, Ping 2.0 Chrome which gives low/mid launch and spin with high stability for consistent results. Blue dot as standard lie angle.
Trajectory Tuning 2.0, Find your preferred ball flight quickly and easily using the adjustable hosel, which has eight clearly marked settings with a ±1.5° variation in loft and lie. This is Ping’s first adjustable utility ever.
Maraging steel face, The increased ball speed comes from the thin maraging steel face combined with a lower centre of gravity. Precision milled MicroMax grooves and the matt black hydropearl 2.0 finish give consistent ball flight and spin from both wet and dry surfaces, so you have optimal control.
Tour-inspired design, The blade lengths are slightly shorter with less offset than previous crossover models, which give a compact, tour-inspired look. To work seamlessly as a replacement for long irons in a set, the standard shaft lengths are around 0.25” shorter than before. The sole plate resembles the i230 iron with a rounded leading edge with plenty of bounce to facilitate clean, solid contacts.
