Description
Building on the success of the Jailbird model, Odyssey Tri Hot S2S Jailbird takes the Zero Torque concept to the next level. Through an advanced multi-material construction in aluminium, steel and over 140 grams of tungsten, the centre of gravity has been moved far forward, allowing the shaft to be attached directly to the top line. The result is a more intuitive setup and a natural feel at impact without the need for shaft tilt.
The new Ai-DUAL insert, developed with artificial intelligence, combines a soft outer layer with a firmer core for even ball speed and improved roll – no matter where on the blade you make contact with the ball. In addition, the forward-facing roller is enhanced by the deeper FRD-groove design, which with its 19° inclination produces a clean and consistent rolling pattern.
The putter is complemented by the new Pistol Plus grip, developed after studies of Tour players’ preferences. It gives a stable and comfortable feel with clear edges that improve your control of the putter head through the entire stroke. The black SL 120 shaft is also stiffer and heavier than previous versions for optimal balance and feel.
