Description
Ai-Dual #7 combines the iconic design with Odyssey’s most advanced insert yet. The double-layer urethane insert developed using artificial intelligence gives consistent ball speed across the entire face and a soft but responsive feel. The softer outer layer works together with a firmer inner to provide stable distance control – even when contact is not fully centred.
The putter also has a new, deeper FRD (Forward Roll Design) groove. With a slope of 19°, the grooves interact with the insert construction to give better forward roll right from the start, reducing jumps and sideways movement.
The model comes with a lightweight steel shaft with a 20-30 gram counterweight at the grip end. This contributes to a more balanced profile and makes it easier to repeat a stable and consistent stroke – something many people appreciate in a toe-hang #7 model.
Ai-Dual Insert, The white face – inspired by Odyssey’s classic White Hot insert – now has a modern look with black outer edges which makes it easier to line the putter up against the ball. The insert is developed using artificial intelligence and consists of two layers of urethane: a softer outer layer and a firmer inner. Together they provide even ball speed across the entire face, a better forward roll and a lovely feel at impact.
