Description
JPX One Select is based on the same technical platform as JPX One, with Mizuno’s new CORTECH face and a face in Nanoalloy – a material that becomes extra elastic at the moment of impact to store more energy and create high ball speed over a larger part of the face.
The head is more compact and tour-inspired with a workable 460cc profile for a clean look at address. The mass distribution is optimised for a neutral to light fade ball flight, which gives better control for players who want to be able to shape shots or avoid the ball pulling left.
As in the standard model, the thin face and the extended CORAREA also make sure that hits outside the sweet spot maintain good speed. But in One Select, the focus is more clearly directed towards players with higher demands on feel, control and ball start rather than maximum forgiveness.
