Description
MIM Nova is part of Cobra’s MIM range, whereby the entire putter head is formed using Metal Injection Moulding. The technology casts steel under high pressure to provide a smooth finish and sharp detail. The face features a Pebax insert in combination with LA Golf Descending Loft Technology – a construction that gives a softer feel and a direct, consistent roll whether you make ball contact slightly upwards or downwards.
The design is discreet and classic with a dark grey matte finish that minimises reflections. The narrow sightlines, or discrete sight dots, give a clean look for players who like to aim using the face rather than marked lines.
With its fang design, MIM Nova is a more forgiving mallet putter that helps you keep the putt stable throughout the stroke. As the model is completely face balanced, it’s suitable for players with a reasonably straight putting stroke and a need for extra stability at impact.
LA GOLF's Descending Loft Technology, Cobra utilises this technology developed by LA Golf. This means that the putter’s face has been divided into four different zones with different lofts (4°, 3°, 2°, 1°). This means that no matter what attack angle you have down to the ball, you will hit with the same loft every time, which improves distance control on the greens.
